Online Ordering Methods

Dream Dog Behavioural Solutions accepts instant online orders, secured by a high-grade Identity Assured COMODO SSL certificate, iinsured up to the purchase amount of $10,000. Items can be placed into your shopping cart, then you will choose one of the following methods at the checkout:

Credit Cards - Dream Dog accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club credit/debit cards, processed by St George, using the secure and trusted EWAY payment gateway. All orders are encrypted and sent only by pages secured with a high-grade SSL certificate.

PayPal - Dream Dog accepts PayPal payments, utilising existing funds drawn from a customer's PayPal account, processed by PayPal in a third party capacity, using their own secure websites, guarantees and certificates.

Offline Ordering Methods

Dream Dog Behavioural Solutions also accepts a variety of manually processed offline ordering methods. Items can be placed into your shopping cart, then you will choose one of the following methods at the checkout:

Credit Cards (Phone/Fax/Mail Order) - Dream Dog accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club credit/debit cards, processed by St George, using the secure and trusted EWAY payment gateway. All orders are processed manually by Dream Dog, and no financial information is ever recorded or kept.

Bank Deposits and Transfers - Dream Dog accepts bank transfers and direct deposits, utilising existing funds drawn from a customer's own bank account, or cash presented when making a deposit at a St George branch. Bank account information is provided after you have completed the checkout process and selected 'Bank Deposit' as your preferred payment method.

Cheques - Dream Dog accepts bank-drawn cheques, utilising existing funds drawn from a customer's own bank account. Please note that orders paid for by Cheque will not process and ship until the funds have cleared into our account. Cheque information is provided after you have completed the checkout process and selected 'Cheque' as your preferred payment method.

Money Orders - Dream Dog accepts Australia Post-issued money orders, which can be purchased from any Australia Post retail store with cash. Please note that orders paid for by Money Order will not process and ship until the funds have cleared into our account. Money Order information is provided after you have completed the checkout process and selected 'Money Order' as your preferred payment method.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Dream Dog uses Australia Post's eParcel service, which provides a fast, safe, trackable and insured method of postage. At present, there are two flat-rate shipping options:

Parcel Post ($7.00) - Parcel service performed Australia-wide, primarily by ground transport, and requiring signature upon delivery. The average time from despatch to receipt of goods is 3-7 business days. Rural and remote locations may take longer.

Packaging and Shipping costs are not waivable or refundable. Customers do not pay Dream Dog to ship their orders -- they pay Dream Dog to pay Australia Post for a service rendered. Any dissatisfaction incurred in the process should be addressed to the shipping provider.

Pick-Up & Deliveries

As an online business, Dream Dog does not operate a walk-in store for pick-ups. Retail store prices are significantly more expensive, due to higher overheads. To bring you the lowest prices possible, we are a proud online-only business.

Packaging

Dream Dog packages all orders on-site, using mailer-standard cardboard boxes and satchels, and eco-friendly recycled paper as void filler. The utmost care is taken at all stages to ensure your order is packaged correctly and sufficiently shielded against any damages that may incur in the process of transport and/or delivery. Unlike our competitors, we don't make you pay for the packaging materials used in sending your order.
